This company is engaged in the generation, transmission, development, leasing and maintenance of power generation facilities in Spain. It was incorporated in 2001 and conducts business from its registered head office located in Lucena, Spain. The company generates, transmits, and distributes electrical energy. It exploits a thermal plant of 14.8 Mw where it uses biomass as fuel and a 13 Kw cogeneration plant with gas turbine, which allocates the exhaust gases for the drying of the alpeorujo. It markets its electrical power to private and commercial customers.
